will not come back to...
Disliked: The AC was not working we had a portable device in the room that was so noisy, and the window had to stay opened for the tube to pass through. Room change was offered the next day but was inconvenience as I had my stuff out.

Disliked: I regret to inform you that my experience at your hotel was far from satisfactory, and I feel compelled to share my concerns:1. Unannounced Deposit Charge: Upon arrival, I was charged £500 as a deposit without any prior notice or clear policy communicated either through your Booking.com listing or directly from your side. This unexpected charge significantly disrupted my financial planning during the trip, and to date, the amount has not been refunded. Such lack of transparency is unacceptable from a hotel of your supposed standards.2. Delayed Room Availability: Despite the official check-in time being 3:00 PM, we arrived at 5:00 PM and were told the rooms were not ready. We were asked to wait, which was both frustrating and unacceptable given the time and the expectation of timely check-in.3. Breakfast Miscommunication: During check-out, your front desk staff claimed that one of the rooms did not include breakfast, despite it being clearly listed in our booking. We had to spend nearly 10 minutes showing the reservation details to clarify something that should have been apparent in your system. This caused unnecessary stress and delay.4. Room Quality & Cleanliness: The rooms were smaller than expected, poorly cleaned, and lacked basic amenities such as bath slippers and sufficient tissues. This level of service does not reflect the standards I’ve come to expect from Marriott. I have stayed in numerous hotels across Europe, and I must say – this was one of the most disappointing experiences.Frankly, the entire experience — from poor communication to unsatisfactory room conditions — has left a very negative impression. I am deeply disappointed and will be sharing this experience with others to help set realistic expectations.I hope you take this feedback seriously to improve your service. A guest’s trust is not something to be taken lightly.

Wonderful Weekend Stay at Marble...
Liked: My wife and I recently spent a lovely weekend at the London Marble Arch Hotel. Although the hotel is located in a busy area, the street itself was surprisingly quiet, which made for a peaceful and relaxing stay.The service throughout our visit was excellent—staff were friendly and attentive. Breakfast was a real highlight, with a great selection and high-quality options to start the day.The location is fantastic, within walking distance to Hyde Park and Buckingham Palace, making it easy to explore some of London’s most iconic sights.Overall, we had a great experience and would definitely choose to stay here again on our next visit to London.
