The only thing luxury about...

Disliked: Fairly basic standard charged at luxury prices . No residents bar open just after 11 pm

Good location but the hotel...

Liked: The staff was helpful. The newly joined bell boy went to the lobby to get a new key card as the one given to me wasn’t working. The location is very good that raised my expectations for the property. Like
Disliked: Didn’t get the refund of the one night I didn’t stay in the room due to a strike of Eurostar and cancellation of my train from Paris to London. The room carpet looked old and worn out. The elevator had an issue and guests were directed to service elevator. The door where you close the door the cemented wall was broken. It was very unappealing. Dislike

Extremely disappointed and annoyed

Liked: Excellent location
Disliked: Very small rooms, very poor decoration, bad value for money.I definitely forgot a Brunello Cucinelli shirt in the room, when I contacted the property they claimed they couldn't find it.
