Nice but not returning due...

Liked: The staff. were very friendly including the Hiar Salon where I got a haircut. The F&B for breakfast and a dinner were also quite good.
Disliked: The room was lovely, but the balcony was unusable and locked due to previous guests jumping off. The view was further altered by a permanent screen design on the door and mesh netting on the balcony wall. This created a dark environment, and I would not stay here again due to lack of view. My room was 2312. The gym is in the basement and is dark and gloomy. There is also no pool. Not a biggie but might be for someone. I did get a little food poisoning from a late night veggie burger from room service on my last night. That want pleasant...

Disliked: The view from the breakfast window onto the tents camped on the roundabout and watching people use the bush to go to the toilet. Move them on please it is very offensive

Liked: We got it upgraded (for an additional cost) so view was great. Breakfast was good at lounge. Size of the room waa great unlike most hotels in the vicinity. Overall great hotel
Disliked: the deluxe room is not having same view as that of picture. So pictures needs to be changed or disclaimer to be added regarding view.Airport transfer was not included which should have been included Vegan option in executive lounge are very limited so more option shall be added.Delayed complimentory check out option was not facilitated despite we were told at time of checkin that we will be entertained .

Superb

Liked: It's located heart of London, everything is on walkable distance, hygenic place, Mr Zubair on reception has shared his excellent service, he has showed 4 differnt types of rooms to choose from upgrade as our longer stay, housekeeping staff was also excellent in their work.Only suggestion no complaint, they need to extend their resturant capacity for breakfast. Family enjoyd stay wirh Hiton, it's value for money.
