Liked: Look awful from outside but definitely nice inside place was emaculate staff were very welcoming and very helpful, it was such a relaxing couple days ,I could find no faults, I would return.
Disliked: I just thought outside at front entrance didn't give the hotel the justice that it deserved as totally different inside and comfortable

Would definitely go back again.

Disliked: There was an unfortunate incident OUTWITH the hotel’s control that dampened our experience.Like I say this was outwith the hotels control and handled very professionally by the manager.

Liked: The hotel and room were clean and warm and the staff were attentive and helpful. The food in the bar was great, amazing burgers and Mac and Cheese. Fantastic location, right next to the shore of Loch Long. Ideal spot for travelling around the area.
Disliked: This hotel is a very cheap stay compared to others in and around the area. With that in mind, the family room we had was a bit cramped as was the ensuite with the loo right up against the bathroom radiator. The Ritz it is not, but I do think it was worth what we paid for it.

Disliked: Not clean smells of damp felt itchy after sitting in the beds. Place was stinking of weed at front door
