Excellent.

Liked: Everything. Spotlessly clean; large fully equipped kitchen including free tea, coffee milk and various sauces;; very friendly staff; reduced fee car park pass. Even when I discovered I had made a mistake about our departure date I was told we could stay the extra night free of charge. Where else would you find that sort of kindness and generosity? Will definitely be staying there again.
Disliked: Could not fault anything.

Liked: Excellent staff. Comfortable room, and great common room and shared kitchen facilities. Very central to town centre.

Liked: Fantastic location. Gave our group of 8 walkers exactly what we wanted, a clean bed for the night at a good price.

Liked: Well kept, nice warm lounge with board games
Disliked: "private bathroom" was shared with another room. Possibly they knew no-one was staying in that room, but I didn't, and since it was physically separate from my room, this was not quite as expected

Liked: No words PERFECT as allways, spotlessly clean, Jamie runs the place, he's fantastic nothing to much for him, our second stay, in 2 months as a family, wouldn't stay anywhere else it's fantastic thank you

Exceptional

Liked: Great stay for three nights whilst I was on a self funded course. Clean, quiet and very close to local pubs/restaurants and shops. Parking was directly behind the property. Will stay here again in a few months when I’m on my next course in the area.
