Was hoping for more..

Liked: The room was clean, but not ready when we arrived. There was some confusion regarding the "free breakfast" and the front desk manager was involved at check in. However, she was able to address it immediately.
Disliked: The long lines to check in; the wait after we pre-registered. Not enough seating in the lobby area while we waited for almost an hour to get a room.

The stay was very nice...

Liked: It was convenient to the location that I had to go to for my business.
Disliked: The only thing I did not like was that sink the the bathroom had drainage problem, the water was slowly draining down.
