Disliked: The receptionist wasn’t very pleasant, she never said hello , did not make any conversation.

Liked: The hotel was in a convenient location for our trip.
Disliked: Not a friendly welcome just efficient by receptionist. The room we were given was a mess . The bed was old and saggy and had been very poorly made. The room was shabby needed updating furniture all chipped and damaged. Very disappointed. Went to reception to be told they were fully booked then after a search on the booking screens of the computer the receptionist went to speak to her manager. She returned offering me a different room, no apology ,no we hope you will find this one more up to your expectations, nothing, just gave me the key.The second room was an improvement and clean we stayed the night but didn’t relax and enjoy our experience it had been spoilt.The next morning the girl on breakfast service duty was very cheerful polite efficient and welcoming. Breakfast was good. Check out at reception was poor no interest in our stay ,wasn’t asked by the gentleman if we had enjoyed ourselves.
