Lovely overnight stay!

Liked: Loved the beautiful lobby area and the reception staff were so friendly and welcoming - always said hello whenever we went out and came back - not something you find in many places these days, so that was lovely as it gives a sense of familiarity and rapore, which is something we really appreciate.
Disliked: Nothing in particular, everything was fine for us, the only thing I can really say I felt would make our stay even better would be to perhaps offer 2 drinking glasses with the hospitality tray,. We did use the bathroom cups but the plastic didn't do much for our wine

Excellent venue for university visits,...

Liked: Nice and quiet hotel. Easy walk into L’boro University, where we attended a family wedding. Comfortable bed. There is a “Harvester” next door, so other options for food etc.
Disliked: All okay.

Disliked: It was a bit further from centre than expected. We had to get a cab in.
