Bad

Liked: I don't like it.
Disliked: I am not happy staying at this hotel. we did booking big room and 2 people sleeping bed and 1 person single bed etc..But the reality it's very small room and adjust 2 people sleep at the bed. My self I sleep in the floor. i check with reception please change the another room but he said all room is fulled.i was doing a big big mistake i was booking twice time, because booking time system its showing errors. then again i re booked so my money has lost. then i check with the hotel accidentally i paid twice please cancel the one payment but they didn't given.so my money lost, i am very disappointed kindly do the needful

Liked: Hygiene was good.
Disliked: No satellite channels available, so kida can watch cartoons, no wifi available, bathroom lock not available.

Liked: Location
Disliked: Room was in a sweaty basement with super thin walls. There was a spider crawling on in the bed, they didn’t service the rooms after ensuring they would. TV had sound issues. Beds were very uncomfortable

Needs a serious makeover

Liked: Ideal location close to Paddington Station. Staff were friendly, lots of hot water in taps & shower.
Disliked: Room was nothing like pictured online. Extremely tight for space, bed was ok pillows were hard. Very dated and old decor. Two small windows and a very weak fan, room got very warm at times.

Good

Liked: Polite staff and lovely location near Paddington station. Loved the building as it had a classic feel. Bed was comfortable for a night and the hotel was clean.
Disliked: This is not on the hotel, as i understand it's an old building but it was hard to carry heavy suitcases up and down three flights of stairs so a heads up would have been appreciated. The stairs are carpeted and the carpet is old and dirty. The overhead shower wasn't as convenient as detachable ones and for this price there could have been some cookies and better bathroom amenities.

Pleasant

Liked: Very quiet, room was nice and clean.
Disliked: The size of the bathroom was smaller than expected. There were not hand towels only bath towels. No slip mat in the shower so shower was slippy. The space to leave luggage at checkout was not secure. The bed for 2 people was smaller than expected.
