Good

Liked: Nice staff, clean, excellent location.
Disliked: There was no AC and it was hot - middle of July. . Did not realize when I booked, that AC was not advertised. Perhaps my fault for not noticing but at $200 plus a night, I assumed there was AC. Other than being very hot, the small hotel is very nice and the staff very friendly.

Linden House: Simple comfort, unbeatable...

Liked: We enjoyed our 5-day stay at Linden House Hotel as a family of three. The location was ideal, with Paddington Station, Hyde Park nearby, and a big bus stop right outside for easy travel. Our room was clean and comfortable, and the staff were friendly and helpful. Having shops and restaurants close made everything convenient. It was a great base for exploring London, and we’d gladly stay again.
Disliked: The only drawback is that there are stairs and no lift, so heavy luggage isn’t recommended. Other than that, everything was great.

Clean, tidy, friendly, would stay...

Liked: Good value for money. Great location for our concert in Hyde Park.Friendly staff and clean room.
Disliked: Didn't bother us too much but if you struggle with stairs our room on top floor would not be for you.One side of Double bed was up against wall, tricky in/ out when 2 people in bed

An affordable accommodation in a...

Liked: The friendly attitude of the staff and the hotel's central location left a positive impression on us.
Disliked: Apparently, there are two different types of double rooms. We were expecting a room similar to the one shown in the photos, but the room we received was completely different and very small. The shower was inadequate, and the furniture was outdated. Nevertheless, we appreciate that they prepared our room early and stored our luggage free of charge.

Liked: Great location for hyde park concerts. Quiet location - great aircon
Disliked: Had I been told the room was on the fourth floor without a lift I would not have booked. There was no way out had a fire have started. The fire escape by the front door was blocked this morning also.The bed was extremely hard
