Liked: Big room, very clean.
Disliked: The room was without window. Considering we only stayed for one night it was ok.

Needs professional maintenance and repairs....

Liked: Good location, easy to find, reception was manned, staff were friendly, kettle and coffee in room.
Disliked: Very badly maintained, tiny bathroom, rock hard matresses, rock hard pillows, noise from other rooms, (floor squeaks, doors, talking, water running), shower was very scaled, a bit dirty, no secondary lock on door just the card lock.

Disliked: Room is too small, not cleaned very well. It was very cold at nighttime.

Liked: The staff were extremely friendly and helpful. The hotel was clean. Water pressure was great. Close to Paddington without having to be in the fray.
Disliked: Only thing that was an issue with me but could be easily fixed was internet spotty in the mornings when I needed it.

Not worth its price

Liked: The beds were comfortable, not soft, not worn out
Disliked: It is a very old building, the doors do not close properly so you hear everything. Our room was tiny and souterrain, the coupboard falling apart, there is no lobby or possibility for breakfast. Worst place I 've ever booked.
