Liked: The bedroom was very comfortable with air conditioning and plenty of choice of bed covering which was very welcome.The reception staff were friendly and helpful and I was very happy to check in earlier than advertised
Disliked: Only one thing.The sliding bathroom door was very stiff and the light switch was hidden behind it.

Very clean... nice staff but...
Liked: Room was very clean BUT...TV was smaller than my laptop and had only 2 AERIAL antenna programs BBC and SKY. Remote was not match the TV and for 7 days stay TV is important. Bathroom clean but dangerous since is SLIPPERY very bad. NO hose for shower head and that was very bad. Overall room was V clean and if you fix TV and shower will be v good

Disliked: Is a little dated and the window in the room didn’t have any safety measures on it so it could open fully. Being on the top floor this isn’t ideal.

Not A Really 3 Stars
Liked: The hotel has a good location, very close to Paddington Train Station and surrounded by a lively area. The staff were nice as well.
Disliked: We were given a room that was different from the ones shown in the hotel’s photos. Had I seen a photo of this room beforehand, I wouldn’t have made the reservation. Unfortunately, I only saw the room after the payment was completed.The room is very small and outdated. Instead of air conditioning, there’s just a fan. The bathroom is tiny. The furniture is quite old. There’s no headboard on the bed, so your pillow can easily fall off. There is absolutely no sound or heat insulation — all the noise and cold from the street come straight into the room.Our room was on an upper floor, but there was no elevator or bellboy. You have to carry heavy suitcases up the stairs yourself. And after check-out, the luggage storage room is in the basement — so this time, you have to carry your bags down and then back up again.If this place were called Linden House Hostel, such a room might have been acceptable. However, I do not find it acceptable for a 3-star hotel to offer this level of service. I strongly urge Booking.com to reconsider the credibility of its star rating system.

Disliked: I got robbed while I was in Europe and they took my passport and credit cards, so when it came to booking a place in London I had to get my husband to book it from Australia. unfortunately he book the wrong data and are non refund hotel, 10 mins after I found out I contacted the hotel right away to see if I could do anything about it and they responded twice then stopped responded all together with anything I was suggesting like paying for the 2 night I booked to be moved back to 1 night a week later because I don't have money to rebook, but they won't do anything.Care factor was 0 where they could of cancelled my booking got another with plenty of time and also go money for 2 night and I only stayed 1."
