Liked: Customer service was horrible from the management . We did not receive any towels or paper towels like agreed

Disliked: The staff didn't communicate that you have to turn in the wristband pieces to get new ones. They had an attitude when I asked for new ones. It's kind of hard to follow rules that you don't know about.

Perfect stay!

Liked: Staff was so friendly and accommodating. Need a ride on a golf cart? No problem.. need more paper towels, dish soap, or detergent? They got you for free! Need a pack and play? No problem. A highchair? Again no problem. Water Park is great for younger kids under 12 (4 feet deep at highest point. and 2 more adult pools make it be perfect place for whole family.
Disliked: No complaints!

Liked: I like the location and the security they had set up in front, felt very safe and comfortable.
Disliked: I didn't like the check out time which is 10am. If you have not check out by then, your key to the room will automatically lock you out.

Liked: The newly renovated units are awesome! Super clean ! Loved the different activities throughout the day.
Disliked: No complaints.
