Liked: Good location, staff was friendly, they stored luggage, the decor was cute and vintage-y, and overall our room was quiet. Had good water pressure in the shower.
Disliked: For a 4 star we were disappointed. Bathroom grout was mildewed with pink mildew on ceiling, bed was squeaky (but comfortable) and tub didn’t drain well. I complained twice about the mildew on the ceiling, that the bathroom door hinge was loose so we had to lift up the door to shut it and the tub was not draining well (stood in a couple inches of water). They fixed the door but not other items. There is no fan in the bathroom. That would help with the mold issue.

Disliked: Lift, took ages to wait for a lift and go up to your floor. though very antique, very cute, still waiting more than 3mins for an elevator is a lot
