Very good

Good location and room clean

Liked: The room was clean, located in a zone where you can find everything. Personnel kind and helpful with any type of infomation.Appreciated the presence of the restaurant into the hotel hall.Wifi works ok.
Disliked: The bed and the mattress were making a lot of noise, as well as even though we were at the 3rd floor there was a continuous smell coming from outside (mainly weed!) which made difficult the stay with a baby.

NYC adventures

Liked: The location is perfect, downtown of NY gave us plenty of opportunities to look through the site of NYC.
Disliked: The issue with breakfast was terrible. We didn't expect almost nothing was served to eat.

Liked: The property was lovely, and very easy to get to. The bed was super comfortable!
Disliked: We could hear the clanging of the lift shaft whenever the lift was going, which was annoying but not a deal breaker. A bar fridge in the room would also have been nice.

Liked: The location is truly ideal: Midtown Manhattan, a very nice area, the subway just steps away, and Penn Station within walking distance. The staff is extremely friendly and always ready to help. The room (for four people, with two queen-size beds) is nice, adequately sized, clean and has everything you need. The building is very beautiful and historic...
Disliked: ... but implies extremely poor soundproofing: if someone in the neighbor room is talking on the phone, you won’t just hear them—you’ll hear the person on the other end too. Elevator noise is also audible. There are also only two elevators, and one of them is occasionally out of service, and both are really inefficient. The windows are a bit old too, hard to open, and not insulated.
