Would be nice to have a business center/PC/printer available. Back of the building was very quiet. Slept in so we missed the breakfast. Good price for NYC.
Liked: Extremely clean; comfortable bed.
Disliked: Very little space to maneuver in room; need more shelf space in bathroom; temperature a bit long to adjust.

Quiet and comfortable!
Liked: My room was particularly quiet! I had a room on the back side of the hotel, against an alley and I couldn't hear street noise. It was terrific!
Disliked: I don't have any complaints really. I guess the shower head could have been different. The spray was very wide at my height so I had to try to angle it down a bit more so that it was a bit more dense at the height it hit me.

Clean, comfortable budget hotel with...
Liked: Very helpful and friendly staff; clean, comfortable room; location perfect for us. We weren't happy with the room initially allocated to us - I had emailed in advance to ask for a top floor room and that's what we got on check-in, but unfortunately as soon as we went in, we could hear noise from next door. We asked for a room change and were immediately switched to a lovely, quiet room where we were totally undisturbed. There was a very nice continental breakfast provided, free coffee available all day and happy hour - all included in the price. We thought it was excellent value and thoroughly recommend it!

Liked: Lex Hotel was just as advertised. The room was clean and comfortable if a bit on the small side. With that said, I?ve never had a large hotel room in Manhattan. There is a $30 resort fee add on per night, but you get a good continental breakfast of pastries, fruit, cereal and good coffee as well as a wine and cheese reception each day at 5pm. Staff were very friendly.
Disliked: Nothing, it suited us perfectly; a clean place to sleep in a safe neighborhood outside of Times Square and yet still convenient to both downtown and midtown.
