A unique experience, addictively luxurious.

Liked: The little extras - hot water bottle, real milk, dog biscuits. The atmosphere, log fires, home-from-home.
Disliked: Slightly too much sheet-changing and tidying every time I left the room.

Pleasant

Liked: The manor house was very grand set in beautiful surroundings .The deluxe king-size rooms were very spacious and decorated well.Lots of different rooms available to sit and enjoy a drink.
Disliked: Our room ,the toilet didn't flush properly,I mentioned it the day we arrived and they were aware of the problem but their plumber was proving elusive.Also I had requested a ground floor room for my 86 year old mother and we had to walk outside up a short,steep ,poorly lit , uneven road to get to our room
