Only a short stay but the room was lovely, spacious and clean.

Reception staff friendly and efficient. Room freshly decorated, comfortable, shower good. Breakfast great - we eat late on and food was still being replenished and very tasty. Great choice.

Near to train station (just round the corner) and O2 Academy only 10 minutes walk away. Shopping 5 minute walk away. Staff very helpful and friendly; clean room; well decorated. Would stay in a Jurys Inn again.

Liked: Smart and stylish. Great rooms and breakfast. The staff couldn’t do enough for you.
Disliked: Some rooms overlook the railway line and the noise can be intrusive.

Liked: The hotel is well located near the shopping street. The room was clean, neat, and quiet. Having a Lidl just downstairs made shopping very convenient.
Disliked: We found that one of the coffee sachets was already opened upon check-in, and only one bottle of water was provided on the second day for a family room. Improving these small details would really enhance the experience.

Distrupted by loud train track!

Liked: Lovely room decor clean bedding.
Disliked: Well the fact im writing an book and took this time to stay at Leonardo only for me to be constantly interrupted by trains as my room was facing onto an train track! Was up early as had huge meeting didnt sleep very well again due to the loudness of the trains going by nearly every 2 seconds. That and trying to write with that noise was extremely hard to contend with so got little of my book done and went along to meeting extremely tired so wasnt impressed by this whatsoever.
