Only a short stay but the room was lovely, spacious and clean.

Reception staff friendly and efficient. Room freshly decorated, comfortable, shower good. Breakfast great - we eat late on and food was still being replenished and very tasty. Great choice.

Near to train station (just round the corner) and O2 Academy only 10 minutes walk away. Shopping 5 minute walk away. Staff very helpful and friendly; clean room; well decorated. Would stay in a Jurys Inn again.

Liked: The room was fantastic beautiful view room 506 clean staff were very pleasant come every year with my auntie Sadie Graham who has bn a customer for years years we come twice a year wouldn't go anywhere else only thing need to get the hash browns back on the breakfast menu

Liked: The hotel has been refurbished and it shows. The room was clean and large size, it had everything that you would need including kettle, Nespresso machine, etc. The breakfast was excellent with decent coffee, although out of a machine (it was drinkable) the cooked food was hot and kept topped up and there was a counter for fresh cooked omelettes. Compared with the Holiday Inn Express we stayed in a week before it was infinitely better and cost less!
Disliked: Just minor details left without fixing. One pane of the bedroom window was blown and the unit fogged up and one of the small coffee cups had a big chip out of it.
