Liked: Reception staff were pleasant and helpful. Beds very comfortable.
Disliked: Grubby bath taps and plug area - slimy black stuff so not new. Dusty skirting boards in bedroom. Dusty/not so clean kettle and tray.Being tutted at by housekeeping staff when I asked if they could give me half an hour to take a phonecall in my room. I had been out of the room till around 1.30pm and was out again from 2.00 till around 5.00. I was tutted at, off they went and they did not return so; no clean towels, no tea and coffee refills. Shame as the rest of the hotel staff were pleasant.
