Liked: Good location. Lady on reception, though very busy, was happy to help on a couple of occasions when I couldn't get my room key to give me access to lift area
Disliked: My room had a connecting door to the room next door. Noise from TV/music came through. The lack of soundproofing wouldn't be so much of an issue if the two rooms were occupied by same family, but that wasn't the case with me

Disliked: Noise from neighbouring rooms. Told by reception it wasn’t coming from hotel (?!) when it was pounding through our walls.Paid for breakfast but room number not on the list either morning. Very embarrassing.Drinks prices are high.Restaurant food - not all choices available.

Slightly short of expectations for...

Liked: The room was ok. It's is similar in quality to a Premier Inn. The location is very convenient for the central business district.
Disliked: I didn't eat there because I felt the choice was limited and the price high for what it seemed to be. I had some noise from other hotel users late on and the door was not sound sealed so it woke me up.
