Fine for a couple of...

Liked: It was fine for a couple of nights for the price, and the staff were really friendly. Fine place to stay as a solo female traveller.
Disliked: The whole place could do with a bit of an update. Everything a bit shabby and tired. Not to the standard of other Leonardo Hotels.

Liked: Almost everything! Only breakfast was a letdown!
Disliked: One chef and one very overworked girl!! Both of whom were exceptionally overworked and yet still very pleasant and courteous! One totally useless manager came in now and then, but never offered any help at all. Get rid of that moron, he did nothing for the name of the hotel!!

Can’t beat it for location...

Liked: Fantastic location, great that whilst there is no on site parking, the NCP is literally on the doorstep. Undeniable value for money, rooms as expected for the price, a little run down in the bathroom, but good sized rooms, black out curtains really do the job, and good amenities provided. Staff were all lovely.
Disliked: Only little downside was breakfast. We went for it at 9.50- it is served until 11 (which is really good compared to many places). Range of food available was fair & decent quality, but lots had run out & wasn’t refilled timely, such as there were no pastries left when we got there & they hadn’t been refilled by the time we left, no porridge (it did eventually get filled up about 30 mins after we arrived), bits awaiting refill on the cooked buffet etc. That said, it was busy, and we still found it good value for money & would recommend.

Bradford is NOT worth a...

Liked: Clean and tidy and lovely staff. Breakfast was nice. Round the corner from The Alhambra theatre with parking close by.
Disliked: The location. Would not return to Bradford! The parking didn’t feel totally safe, in fact the area didn’t. A few incidents of drunk/high men shouting and fighting, places boarded up and no nice pubs or eateries in the vicinity other than spoons. Roadworks all over so I suppose they are trying to bring it up but there’s a long way to go. Booked in for a weekend and left after one night.
