Very good

Liked: Close proximity to the town and the train stations, good value for money, friendliness of the staff
Disliked: It would have been nice to have more vegan options for breakfast such as a greater range of nuts and seeds and vegan yogurt. It would also have been nice to have a choice of teas in our room instead of one kind.

Liked: it was close to town centre and St George's hall all within a 5 minute walk parking was in multi storey car park and the cost for 24 hour was £12 witch was really good would return to this hotel again when we visit again would highly recommend for central location

Amazing staff, horrible place

Liked: The staff were very good about the problems we raised with them
Disliked: It felt like the company were leave the staff to fend for themselves and they really worked to make things good for us, but there were too many problems for them to overcome despite their fantastic resposes to our concerns.There was a fight on another floor that had to be broken up which didn't help us feel safe there. Our door wouldn't open to our keys and we had to get someone to let us into our room after three attempts to fix the cards at the front desk. The air con didn't work and it was uncomfortably hot.Breakfast was horrendous (but again, staff were fantastic). The coffee sour, most of the cold food was gone by the 2nd hour (of four) and the hot food was wilty and tasteless.
