Fantastic place to stay

Liked: The atmosphere, the hotel in an all was amazing. Staff were really helpful , welcoming and 1st class service from Abby and all the girls on reception Really made my partners birthday that bit more special when we arrived! Thank you

Alright stay, could’ve been batter...

Liked: Nice facilities ( leisure centre ) ok food options, breakfast was nice. Room very spacious and clean.
Disliked: No still water available during our whole stay, no fridge in room and no access to a microwave to heat up my babies food, quite inconvenient for a 5 star hotel. Tv in room didn’t have any screen share options or Netflix or prime or any apps available.

Liked: The pool and spa facilities were good and nice scenery in the hotel.
Disliked: The conferences let this hotel down. It was full of people when we arrived until the Sunday of our stay and they are all very noisy. Our room wasn’t the cleanest also, we had dirt all over our shower and when the room was cleaned the next day it didn’t look like much effort had been put into it.The breakfast was appalling to be honest. All of it was cold and on the Sunday everything was gone by 10 when breakfast doesn’t finish until 11, so realistically food should be going on till then for guests who were to come down later. We also got told when we checked in that should we require a late checkout we could call on the day and this would be accommodated. We then called on the day and this wasn’t allowed so the staff were telling us false information there. Luckily we did get refunded for the breakfast but I wouldn’t say this is worth £170 for 2 nights. If you are looking for a quiet stay I wouldn’t book here.
