Superb

Liked: The staff of Leigh House and Avonmore Hotel are total sweethearts! They went out of their way to acommodate me (and at one point my family) and I ended up staying for way longer than I would have thought. Huge thanks to them - you made my stay in London ten times more convient and enjoyable!

Liked: Really good location. Easy to get transport or walk distance if you don't mind the 30 to 40 min walk.
Disliked: Noisy street and the place doesn't have air-conditioning. We had to sleep with the windows open and deal with the noise.Roos is super small barely have space to open 2 people luggage

Clean, basic and well located....

Liked: Located a few minutes walk from Kings Cross. Met by a very helpful and friendly staff member who carried up my 10 year old's bag.

Just ok.

Liked: Close to St Pancras and underground stations. And local inexpensive restaurants
Disliked: Very small room. One side of bed up against the wall - couldn’t get in or out of bed on one side. Dirty carpet in hallway and stairwell.
