Leigh House Hotel

I would be back.

Liked: The place is nice, clean and the location is really goodĺ. For a short stay is perfect for a couple.
Disliked: I think should change the main carpet, is too old.

Pleasant

Liked: Convenient location. Close to King Cross. Many restaurants nearby.
Disliked: No air conditioning. Noisy until early morning as pub & bar around the corner. No elevator, hard to move heavy luggage upstairs.

This is the fourth time...

Liked: - Amazing location - Easy access- Clean and simple- Great value for money
Disliked: - Not the property itself problem, we had some loud people in the room next to us which we could hear but not a big issue really!

Great stay

Liked: Location was really good. Rooms had everything I needed ie hairdryer kettle and coffee.. the beds were very comfortable.
Disliked: The noise from the floorboards upstairs kept me awake most of the night. Upstairs were walking around half the night. Would request the top floor if I was booking this hotel again.

Superb

Liked: The staff of Leigh House and Avonmore Hotel are total sweethearts! They went out of their way to acommodate me (and at one point my family) and I ended up staying for way longer than I would have thought. Huge thanks to them - you made my stay in London ten times more convient and enjoyable!

Liked: Really good location. Easy to get transport or walk distance if you don't mind the 30 to 40 min walk.
Disliked: Noisy street and the place doesn't have air-conditioning. We had to sleep with the windows open and deal with the noise.Roos is super small barely have space to open 2 people luggage
