Liked: Location is good it’s right near fosse park and the M1 so good if travelling. Room was quite modern. It was extremely clean and quite spacious. The room had a cosy feel to it. Iron, ironing board, hair dryer, free tea and coffee, kettle etc most things are provided that may come to good use if needed. Room service is available and lots of facilities available downstairs too. Reception is very spacious lots of seat around if you wanted to get out of the room for a bit.
Disliked: When made tea, the milk that was provided was potentially off as when the milk was poured in and stirred around there were lumps in the water and it was just water with lumps in it basically. So not sure if the milk had been there for a while but it wasn’t drinkable. Room service was ordered in the morning for breakfast, we ordered at 7:38am. We were getting dressed and ready for the day as there was a slot for 8-8:30am. It reached 9 o’clock ish in the morning and the food still had not arrived. It was very booked up the night we went for which is why we gave it time just incase but it was getting to the time where we had to leave so we headed off downstairs to ask what had happened. The receptionist was very considerate and took us to the restaurant to ask them. They said that our order was on there but it hadn’t been printed in the kitchen which is why it hadn’t shown up. They did offer for us to go to the breakfast bar but we did unfortunately have to refuse as we’d already been waiting over an hour for the food to come. Totally understandable mistake but was disappointing as everything was perfect.

Liked: Here’s one to time waste…….Not enough staff, could not even give us water for the room! Over booked , no staff - everyone was Sad and miserable !!! Restaurant and breakfast staff miserable no wecolming and over priced - wouldn’t recommend to anyone
Disliked: Everything . What was there to like !!!
