Liked: Super nice location in the city center. Nice, helpful staff. Good breakfast with wide choice.
Disliked: Rooms are very small. Neighbourhood is quite noisy.

Liked: The location was perfect, a very short walk to the main streets and not too far from the river. Plenty of shops and restaurants close by. Very quiet and a safe area to stay in as a female solo traveller.
Disliked: The coffee at breakfast was terrible 😫 the instant coffee in the room was much nicer. Check in only starts at 2pm which is quite late.

Great location to explore Porto

Liked: Very convenient location, only minutes from many attractions and shopping and restaurants. Comfortable bed. Excellent breakfist especially the fresh orange juice machine. Good air conditioning.
Disliked: There was a fire alarm at 8:30 at night where we got a knock on the door saying there was a fire and we had to evacuate and not to take any luggage. Once in the lobby we found out that it was the hotel next door that had a small fire. I understand that for safety reasons we needed to leave but tell us its not our hotel on fire - some seniors were quite stressed.
