The front desk was great, location to go to Hollywood Bowl was perfect. Will stay there again.
Liked: Clean room; great staff; easy in and out of the parking lot.

Overall good hotel - I would definitely stay again. The staff was friendly and professional. However, there was some construction literally outside our window at 7am that we had no notice about. Also not that it's a huge charge but ice was 25 cents for a handful. The location is convenient close to Hollywood Boulevard and all majors freeways in the DTLA area.
Liked: Great environment; location; cleanliness.
Disliked: Construction without any notice; parking fee; ice fee.

Liked: The location was perfect. Loved the view of Toward Records and the paintings on the wall were pleasuring to see. Rooms were comfy. All in all it was nice little stay!

Liked: 8 min walk from Hollywood walk of Fam and it is clean and good the man in the reception is a really good man
Disliked: the room is too smallthere is no much of privacy from the windows i had to keep them close all the time

I don?t recommend this hotel.
Disliked: It was all dirty, nothing was clean and disgusting. It also smelled like weed. Customer Service was horrible.

Disliked: Where should I start?Before getting to our room, the man in the lobby let us know that there is a $200 damage deposit that wasn?t posted anywhere on Booking.com. Then once we got to the room, we were greeted by a limping cockroach and felt the need to look for bed bugs immediately. Luckily we didn?t find any. Then we started looking for damages because we were not trying to get charged $200 for something not our fault. Don?t know why they ask for a deposit when it seems like they don?t fix anything. Small holes in walls, toilet seat coming undone, sink stopper not working. We didn?t even want to shower because of how poorly the room was already. Not to mention that assuming that there was a refrigerator, that a) it was missing and b) it looked like someone just ripped it right out of the wall. We chose this place because it seemed affordable and in a ?nice area? but after reading the reviews it was obvious that everyone has had similar experiences. We also chose this place because it said breakfast was offered but then the lobby was closed in the morning so?no breakfast. Thankfully we only stayed one night because after the cockroach, it was clear and evident that they don?t keep cleanliness a top priority. Also they charge $10 for a single vehicle/night and $20 for more than one vehicle/night. Given that there is about 30 or so rooms and only 12 parking spaces. If you can?t find a spot then you have to park in the neighborhood and I don?t even know where that?s at. Also everything is non refundable.
