Legacy Preston International Hotel

Disliked: Arrived 2 hours before check in and was told that we could not check in until 2pm.

Stayed just the one night to go to concert at 53 degrees; staff friendly; rooms excellent; warm and clean. Breakfast lots of choice. Overall 10/10.

Lovely as always but lack...

Liked: All the staff we met were friendly and helpful. The room was clean and comfortable and the Dove hand wash/ body wash/ shampoo were a nice touch. There were also plenty of plugs in the room.
Disliked: The lift was broken and we were on the second floor. I had just got over pneumonia so it was a difficult trek with bags and after breakfast. That was a shame. I don’t think the hotel was at capacity because hot breakfast was not a buffet but a table order. That was a shame because a buffet gives you sighted options and the opportunity to go back if you want to. Otherwise, this was a good stay.
