Legacy Preston International Hotel

Disliked: Arrived 2 hours before check in and was told that we could not check in until 2pm.

Stayed just the one night to go to concert at 53 degrees; staff friendly; rooms excellent; warm and clean. Breakfast lots of choice. Overall 10/10.

Liked: Excellent location as it was within walking distance of our plans for the weekend. Staff were welcoming and friendly. Breakfast was enjoyable and our room clean and comfy. We both slept well.

Liked: Very close to town and a clean and quiet hotel.
Disliked: The bed was to hard for my personal taste but everyone is different.

Inconvenient family room policies

Liked: The location was lovely and the facilities were superb. The staff were also friendly and helpful
Disliked: The hotel room had no fridge and this would have been very inconvenient if we had very important medication that required refrigeration. Also, their family room was not convenient because we were compelled to book two rooms even though one would have been sufficient
