Leapark Hotel

Very good

I recommend starting at Leapark...

Liked: Good location, reasonable prices, nice food, staff is super helpful and friendly
Disliked: All good

Superb

Liked: The bar had fantastic food, good drinks and excellent service. All the staff was great.
Disliked: Our room faced a busy street, so there was some noise, especially since it was a festival weekend when we arrived.

Good Stay

Liked: Stayed 3 nights at this hotel. The location in relation to Edinburgh was perfect. The fact that it had a restaurant attached was an extra bonus, so we didn't have to go searching for one after a long day of traveling. The food at the restaurant was very good. Room had everything you need, including a gigantic deep tub. I can't imagine anyone using it, though. It would take a lot of water. Overall, our stay was good. Would return again.
Disliked: The pillows need more stuffing, but that's just a personal preference. There was a light sensor in the bathroom that came on every time you walked past it. Helpful at night, I guess, but it stays on long after you are done doing your business. We shut the door, but then that defeats the purpose. We had the breakfast included option in our price, but I have to say that we were a bit disappointed in said breakfast. Standard, yes, memorable, unfortunately no, compared to the ones we had been experiencing during our 2 week travel.
