Wonderful and relaxing

Liked: The staff were very welcoming and kind and made sure I was comfortable with where my room was and that I knew where to go. The room was spacious and comfortable. Breakfast was fantastic and a lovely way to start the day off.

Excellent customer service

Liked: Working in hospitality is far from easy, but we had excellent service from every staff member we encountered - from Carly on reception (such a character!) to restaurant staff, and breakfast staff.
Disliked: Parts of the hotel are a little dated, but it was clean and comfortable, and the staff were all excellent.
