Great hotel and staff

Liked: Celebrated birthday staff went above and beyond decorated room with champagne and chocolate treats. Great location clean would come back again
Disliked: Just a bit too pricey to come back as often as I would like

5 Star Staff, Location and...

Liked: This hotel literally created London MAGIC for us and my son. I can’t imagine a more friendly, accommodating or welcoming staff at any other hotel (Thank you Paul, Henri and many others). I don’t think you can beat their pool or gym facilities either!!! Outstanding breakfast, thoughtful room service, careful attention to guest requests. The rooms are well retro-fitted for an older building with dramatic colors and exciting layouts. Ours was perfectly quiet at night and cleaned daily. Location to Shopping, Theater and Double-Decker Tour routes can’t be beat. Cabs available at any moment, grocery and pharmacy nearby. Close enough to the late night fun but not IN it. HOTEL PERFECTION!
Disliked: While we couldn’t recommend highly enough the Terrace Breakfast or Downstairs at The Dilly for nightcaps - we would NEVER go back to the rude staff at Madhu’s. It was our only negative experience of the entire week.

Disliked: Have stayed here before on this occasion the bathroom was so small you hardly move in it.

a great place to stay

Liked: Hotel is stunning! the rooms are fantastic also, the location is perfect to explore the area and also for the moulin rouge theatre, staff so friendly and helpful !
Disliked: the swimming pool could do with some heating / better lighting and maybe couple more sunbeds to make it more inviting. a little let down by how amazing the hotel is and then the pool needed some TLC

Pleasant and very comfortable

Liked: Staff. Comfortable roomExcellent breakfast
Disliked: At night there was a lot of noise like bottles being disposed of. I’m not sure what it was Also the bathrooms are somewhat dilapidated and could do with refurbI had a massage which costs £150 and didn’t believe it justified that price. The staff member was friendly but the massage was not great
