Liked: Location was great if you were only doing old town. Room was very comfortable and quiet.
Disliked: Little to no presence of staff or hostess. Arrived late, and it was difficult getting in if you didn't speak French. Had to call to geta code to get into the building and then a code for the room. It was frustrating at midnight.

Disliked: There was a water pipe going through my bedroom, made sound like if water was leaking, the WHOLE night. The passcode to open the main door they gave my partner was wrong. As there is no staff in the hotel we had to wait 10 min outside while it was pouring rain for someone to answer and give us the right password. Also it says parking available but bear in mind you have to pay 25$ and let them know fairly in advance to make sure to have a spot…

Liked: The location is excellent, in the heart of old Québec. The room is relatively quiet and had a pleasant rustic feel.
Disliked: The passcodes to the rooms are very easily guessable and there was only a chain lock to manually lock the door, which still allows the door to crack open. Also, the sheets don’t cover the dirty comforter well.

Liked: The location is excellent as you can easily walk to many touristic spots, restaurants and pubs.
Disliked: The internet connection was very poor and I had to use my own cellphone instead of wi-fi sometimes.
