Liked: The room was spacious and comfortable. Paid breakfast was good.
Disliked: The gentleman who was working the front desk that Saturday was very rude and made us feel unwelcome.

Liked: What I liked about the property was that it was very modern.
Disliked: When I first walked in the floors were not moped . The floors were very sticky in the whole suite. The bathroom floor was not swept nor moped either. The water pressure was low. And I didn't like the fact that every couple of minutes the tv would shut off on its on or the channels would freeze.

Liked: The workers were fabulous especially the woman at the front desk and the man at the bar in the restaurant. We stayed over the weekend for my sons hockey tournament and they both made our stay so easy and so pleasant. We would recommend this hotel to all of our friends and family.

Disliked: The hotel is new and very clean, which we appreciated. However, there were several issues that affected our stay. First of all, they do not provide a baby crib. I had to sleep with my baby in the bed and stay awake most of the night to make sure they wouldn’t fall off, which was very stressful and uncomfortable.During check-in, we were asked to sign a large number of documents, which the receptionist said was required by the hotel owner. After a long day of travel, all you want is to get your room and rest—not to be overwhelmed with paperwork. It felt like we were being taken advantage of, as most people will just sign without really understanding what they're agreeing to. It left us with a very uneasy feeling.Additionally, the receptionist was somewhat rude and impatient. When we asked what we should do about a crib for the baby, she just said, “Go buy one at Walmart.” Overall, the service was disappointing, and we wouldn’t return despite the hotel being new and clean.
