Discrimination and does not follow...

Liked: They had complimentary laundry
Disliked: If you are disabled or not white do not come here. Depending on your race or the discretion of the front desk is what your deposit will be. We have 1,000.00 in pending deposits. They do not follow policy. Service dogs are not recognized and pet cleaning deposits will tried to be added. Staff went in our room without permission even with my dog in there. Management does not investigate opened room and latch to keep it that way when we locked it. This place lies so much and uses their discretion as discrimination. So disappointed that a company has this little integrity. Don?t waste your money here.

Liked: So clean, staff are very helpful, room and kitchen are terrific and it?s walking distance to the store.
Disliked: Very clean,accessible Landry room, exercise GYM just fantastic

Liked: The facility in general is good. I have stayed there before and have been satisfied the other times.
Disliked: The bed was horrible! Lumpy and with a sagging mattress, so both of us kept rolling into the deep groove in the center of the mattress. Of course we didn't find that out until late when all our stuff had been unpacked and we were ready for bed, otherwise we would have asked for another room. Another thing that I have complained about before: The carpet in the elevators is disgusting. It is so dirty one can hardly make out the design on it. Makes you wonder about the carpet in your room. How often is it cleaned?
