Great location, facilities need to...

Liked: Location, friendly staff, good breakfast buffet
Disliked: No mini fridge in the rooms, so cool drinks had to be stored at the Admin desk.No streaming apps on the room smart TV - Netflix, Disney+, Foxtel etc?

Disappointing

Liked: Location and cleanliness
Disliked: Window nearly fell out of rotten frame.No complimentary BOTTLED water, was given cold tap water (had to ask in reception for this !!). Taking the warm weather into account, would expect water in the room.

Nice hotel

Liked: Stayed here with my sister for a girl's night out in London. The hotel is in a great location, staff very helpful and room was clean, beds are comfy. Would definitely come back! :-)

Very basic but sufficed.

Liked: We didn't book breakfast but we had a look in the restaurant. Very plain room. Basic with just a few tables in there.
Disliked: The beds were horrendous. So firm, it was like sleeping on concrete. The rooms were so warm and you could only open the windows and inch or so. Thankfully, we had a fan which had to be on all night. The reception area is very dated and tatty. Certainly NOT a four star hotel. More a 2/3 star at best.

Disliked: My room was in the basement - so it was very dark (and hot)
