Liked: The room (117) faced the back of the hotel so it was quiet at night and we slept well.
Disliked: No air conditioning. NO "proper" coffee machine

Liked: Room was clean and tidy had everything i needed for the stay, breakfast was lovely plenty of choice, definitely worth upgrading for the extra £5 pp, staff were really welcoming and friendly location was perfect for where i was going just walking distance to car park and London palladium.

Liked: Fantastic location especially if you are visiting Oxford Street and The Palladium. Excellent bars and restaurants within a few minutes from the hotel.Staff were excellent and the hotel itself such great value for money. Clean and a very comfortable stay in a well equipped double room.
Disliked: Everthing was spot on.

Liked: Good location in an area with good places to eat and drink.
Disliked: The check in took far too long as every guest was expected to provide names, phone no.s, emails, home addresses, and signatures! I booked for a group and did not expect us to have to spend almost 30 minutes standing in reception filling out these details! Also, this was a group booking a made for a hen weekend and I specifically requested for our rooms to be located together, which was confirmed as being arranged, to find when we arrived we were all apart and on separate floors to each other. This ruined the time we had planned to get ready together for the evening.
