Central London Comfort Just Steps From the Action

Modern and quietly elegant, the Langham Court Hotel is a 4-star retreat nestled in the heart of London, just a short walk from Oxford Circus. With classic styling and contemporary touches, it’s a smart base for music lovers looking to stay close to the city's best concert halls and buzzing nightlife.
The hotel features modern rooms with sleek marble bathrooms, free WiFi, and flat-screen TVs, while its French restaurant and cozy bar offer stylish spaces to unwind after a show.

Why Concert-goers love it

This hotel hits the sweet spot for concert-goers thanks to its central location. You're within walking distance of major venues and just minutes from the Tube at Oxford Circus — perfect for late-night returns.
The area is lively but the hotel remains quiet and peaceful for post-gig recovery. With a 2pm check-in and 11am check-out, the timing works well for catching afternoon shows or sleeping in after a late night.

Who this Hotel is great for

  • Groups of friends who want easy access to nightlife and venues
  • Solo travelers seeing a big-name artist and looking for a safe, central base
  • Couples turning a concert into a romantic weekend
  • Fans needing a quiet, comfy place to rest up post-show
  • Budget-conscious music lovers looking for value in a top location

Food and Drink Options

The hotel's on-site French restaurant offers stylish dining, and Foley’s Lounge Bar is a great spot for a pre- or post-concert drink. While there’s no 24/7 room service, you’ll find plenty of walkable eateries and late-night bites nearby, especially around Soho and Fitzrovia. Breakfast is available in the morning — ideal after a late gig night.

Nightlife Options

Langham Court Hotel puts you close to some of London’s best after-dark spots. You're an easy stroll from Soho’s vibrant bars and clubs, while the on-site lounge bar is perfect for a quieter nightcap. No live music in-house, but with the West End just minutes away, you won’t be short of options.

What People Say

Guests love the location — close to venues, shopping, and transport. Many praise the clean, comfortable rooms and friendly staff. The hotel is often described as a great value for its central setting. The marble bathrooms and overall cleanliness earn frequent shoutouts.

Areas for Improvement

Some guests mention that rooms can be on the smaller side, especially in this part of London. Others would prefer a few more modern updates in decor. But for most, the location and comfort make up for the minor quirks.

The Bottom Line

If you're heading to a concert in central London, Langham Court Hotel offers a comfortable, well-located base with all the essentials for a music-filled getaway.

Great location, disappointed in the...

Liked: The location
Disliked: Disappointed to be placed in the basement. Room had a musky smell. No air conditioning so had to use the provided fan which was very loud and inadequate. Window barely opened. Restaurant was right beside the room so lots of plate noises and human traffic in the morning. Breakfast was limited, no fresh fruit, small pastries, rubber bacon and odd sausages that didn’t taste like pork, also the £5 pound charge for hot breakfast was unfortunate - should be included as standard.

It’s good for short-term hotel...

Liked: We arrived at 15.30 and room was ready. The reception was welcomed and helpful The room was clean. We had the room on the second floor and it was quite hot, but there was a fan. The place where the hotel is situated wasn't nosy.
Disliked: The room was tiny for two people. The shower handle wasn't fixed properly. The cover of the ironing board was quite dirty. We had full English breakfast, but it was pricey.

great location, quiet and (mostly)...

Liked: Beds were very comfortable. Great shower and mini toiletries supplied. Nice pillow option with one soft, one firm. Great black out blinds and curtain. Really great location, walkable to Oxford St and surrounds, also to Regents Park (little further). Quiet at night in hotel and on the street. Nice lounge area to sit and bar if drinks wanted. Adequate size for two
Disliked: The room was exceedingly hot with no reason at all. The window was a struggle to open and close, took two of and the use of a chair and towel. Couldn't keep it open though as we looked out onto the street (from the basement). Did feel like being in the twin room we were relegated to downstairs where the plebs were. Room was right beside the kitchen so we heard all the prep from about 6.30. Not overly loud but once breakfast started you doze rather than sleep. The room smelled musty, probably due to carpet/curtains/fabric and was compact! Fan in the bathroom never went off so door had to be kept closed at all times, and no mini light so there was night-time peeing done in absolute blackness.
