A lovely home from home...

Liked: The location, the friendly welcome from Deborah, the host. Having our boots cleaned ready for the next days walking. The lovely home cooked three course meal, the lovely open bath filled with sea salts, which helped my partners legs sore from walking all day.
Disliked: There was nothing I did not like, apart from having to leave.

Lovely stay at the property....

Liked: Great location and lovely host. Enjoyed our stay in a lovely property.
Disliked: The bed mattress. Not up to standard and we are not big. The mattress required us to sleep on the edge to find a firm base.

Liked: Warm, cosy room on a stormy night. Fresh milk for my tea/coffee. Spacious room, comfortable seating in the room, spacious en-suite. Fabulous cooked breakfast, fresh fruit, choice of cereal & a big pot of tea.

Home from home

Liked: Lovely host! The bedroom was clean and comfortable and our room had a bath in the ensuite which was a welcome luxury after walking Hadrian's wall. We had dinner which fantastic, and breakfast was brilliant as well.
