great hotel great location but...

Liked: the hotel is beautiful staff friendly and great location
Disliked: Beds were so uncomfortable We like a firm mattress but this was like sleeping on a plank!! I went to reception to ask was there another room with different mattress and was told all mattresses om all beds the same - we were offered a mattress topper ( clearly they know this is a problem) which helped a little but unfortunately not enough to make me stay again - sorry only fault but Neither of us slept well either night and this spoiled our stay
