Will continue to use Lancaster...

Liked: This was the second time I've stayed at Lancaster Hall Hotel. The location is perfect and a good base for exploring London. Getting a bit pricey for me but then what isn't in London these days.
Disliked: Breakfast included would make this a absolutely perfect stay and a bit more value for money.

General of a good standard...

Liked: Breakfast offering was fine just felt that more fruit i.e. a proper fruit salad would be nice. I may be a differing selection of Meats are staying for four days. Don’t think Turkey is a continental meat bagel. And different breads maybe some pancakes also one negative I think you should display the allegiance more effectively by labelling on individual bits but as being a chef I already knew 90% of what was in the products you were offering especially as my wife is in a coeliac
Disliked: Maybe should think about checking the customers when entering the restaurant for breakfast so that you know that the people that have paid for it are eating it rather than maybe someone just walking off the street.

Great value for money and...

Liked: It was very clean and tidy. Good location and very quiet location.
Disliked: It could do with aircon, however the electric fan helped. A small fridge would also help. Good size room, good shower abd bathroom.
