The bed was so hard it was like sleeping on a plank. I told them the next morning and the reception guy said "OK, but apart from that is all OK?". So no real interest at all.
Liked: The bar was OK.
Disliked: The small room; the shower that has a height restriction and the awful bed.

Adequate for my needs.
Liked: Room was O.K. Breakfast offer was O.K. too. The bed was comfortable.
Disliked: The reception offer was somewhat brief. I was told that the room allocated was in the basement, so should press B inside the lift. I did so, but the lift stopped in what must have been the wrong floor since the room numbers did not relate to mine. I went to the reception once more and was escorted this time to the correct floor, so that was a plus. The outlook of the room was onto an enclosed space! Could not work the heating or the heating on the towel rail (which remained cold throughout). The overhead shower did not seem to work. The flexible lead alternative was O.K. but difficult to handle as well as use the shampoo - there was no shower gel so far as I could see, though plenty of shampoo, which was of no real benefit to someone like me who is bald. Service at breakfast was minimal, neutral (not friendly or particularly curteous). I was shown to a table, which sums it up, but for the rest I had to find my own way around. Because I could not find a coffee dispenser, I moved from the table and asked, which resulted in a pointed finger, as if I should have known. As for my room, perhaps I should have been persistent about the shortcomings, but after a busy working day, quite frankly sleep was my priority.
