Liked: Good location, clean sheets and towels, 24/7 reception, flexibility with leaving our baggage after checking out
Disliked: The hotel was old, really warm (no AC), no lift. The room unfortunately did not match the photos at all and we were offered the only room ’with a bathtub’ which sounded nice but was underground. The bathroom did not meet any standards and had a low ceiling, a lot of cracked tiles and standing up in the shower was unfortunately impossible. It was also not very clean, the moisture in the bathroom did not clear at all, leaving it wet all the time. The tiles on the floor did not have any grout between them either. We also found a used q tip (not ours) in the room after it had been cleaned during our stay, and we had to leave the key to our room at the reception every time we left the hotel.

Liked: The location near Hyde park is good
Disliked: The bed was terribly uncomfortable. The curtains were bad - lots of light let in. The sheets were horrible and scratchy. Looked nothing like the photos.

Very bad, will never book...

Liked: Very bad property with broken items, not at all like pictures. Managed by different owners as rooms in a hotel.
Disliked: No amenities and bad condition of the hotel.

Disliked: Room on a busy, noisy street. Room very small, basically only a bed fits in it and a chair. Tv remote had no batteries. Mattress deformed on one half because of overuse that yiu can almlst roll off the bed because of the tilt. Balcony delapidated, no balcony furniture. Random person walking across my balcony while i was in the room with my balcony doors open. Blinds aren't black out

Disliked: We were initially put in the basement small stuffy room, but I asked to be moved. Was then up 5 flights of stairs. Room small but clean. Mattress was soft

Liked: Proximity to the venue in Hyde Park
Disliked: Lack of extra pillows or towels - this would have been nice. One of the UHT milks had turned to yogurt in the heat. No mirror in the room. No window in the triple bedroom
