Dreadful and disappointing to say...
Liked: Despite paying for breakfast, it was not given even once throughout the 6 days.
Disliked: Misleading Listing: Nowhere on the booking page was it stated that the hotel has no elevator. My father, a senior, had to carry three bags to the fourth floor alone.No Assistance Provided: I contacted the receptionist to help him with the luggage. They declined and claimed he would be moved to a lower room on Monday. The room change never occurred.Breakfast Not Provided: Though breakfast was included in the booking, not a single breakfast was provided throughout the 6-day stay.Hostile and Unprofessional Behavior: I was asked to email my ID to visit my father, despite him having to come downstairs to explain that he was expecting me. After I left, I asked for my ID to be deleted, as the manager (Karim) promised. The receptionist said it would not be deleted, raising data protection concerns.Inadequate Checkout Support: On the day of checkout, my father was not allowed to leave his bags at reception until 3 PM—even though he checked out at 11 AM. This inflexibility is shocking given the lack of services already experienced.Aggressive and Abusive Staff: I called the hotel to speak professionally and resolve the matter, but the manager Karim answered the phone rudely with “What do you want?”, refused to give his name, and verbally insulted me. My father also reported that the receptionist refused to give her name, even when asked politely. What sort of hotel answers the phone in such a mannerless way?Shocking Maintenance Policy: They had the audacity to tell my father to clean water from the bathroom floor caused by poor drainage and warned him about future charges, instead of taking accountability for the lack of maintenance. Should they not have changed the room with obvious drainage problems?I request that Booking.com investigate this hotel immediately, as they do not meet even the minimum standard of hospitality expected. I am also seeking compensation for the undelivered breakfast and the overall poor experience
