Disliked: Everything hot tub did not work pool was not so clean rooms smelled like mold an wet towels

Liked: stains on the bathtub and shower that looked like blood. horrible. walls are thin, I could hear our neighbor arriving late at time and woke me up.
Disliked: LACK of noise control, dirty old bedding. disgusting stains on tub that looked like blood.

Disliked: The amenities, cleanliness were very poor, the beds were very uncomfortable. We had to switch rooms because the 1st the bathroom was in poor condition.

Disliked: I didn’t like that the toilet was leaking. The shower door was completely off. I called and the front desk personnel came and told me to just move the shower glass door to the closet. I have been coming here for a few years now when I stay in SLO. I will not be staying here anymore. The room was dirty, like they did a real quick clean and that was it. The walls in the bathroom were dripping dirty water from the shower condensation, it was disgusting!

The room did its job...

Disliked: Wi-Fi was poor and tv was very old. Many outlets not working. Microwave was intermittently working due to the outlet issue. A few lights not working. No iron. No extra pillows or blankets. The ice machine was full of cobwebs. Stairwells was dark because lights were out.
