I will never stay here...
Liked: Nothing!
Disliked: I didn’t like that the toilet was leaking. The shower door was completely off. I called and the front desk personnel came and told me to just move the shower glass door to the closet. I have been coming here for a few years now when I stay in SLO. I will not be staying here anymore. The room was dirty, like they did a real quick clean and that was it. The walls in the bathroom were dripping dirty water from the shower condensation, it was disgusting!

The room did its job...
Disliked: Wi-Fi was poor and tv was very old. Many outlets not working. Microwave was intermittently working due to the outlet issue. A few lights not working. No iron. No extra pillows or blankets. The ice machine was full of cobwebs. Stairwells was dark because lights were out.

Liked: Location
Disliked: It was ok except for the door getting stuck and having my Daughter in law and grandkids trapped in the room. They got it resolved fairly quickly and put them in another room. Only problem with that is it only had 1 bed and there were 5 people. Son, DIL and 3 grandkids.

Horrible experience
Disliked: My experience was far below acceptable standards and involved multiple issues that remain unresolved.Upon check-in, the first room provided was in an unacceptable condition: the bed was unmade, towels were on the floor, and the bathroom had clearly been used. I returned to the front desk and was issued a second room. However, I had paid for a room with a king-sized bed and was instead given one with a queen.In the early morning hours around 4:00 AM, the toilet in our room became clogged. I attempted to contact the front desk, but no one answered. By 6:00 AM, water from the third-floor toilet or shower began seeping into our room. I called the lobby again and requested assistance. A staff member came but informed me there was no plunger available to unclog our toilet and that would eed to use the restroom in the lobby which is accross the street and Instead of addressing the sanitation issue properly from the seeping water, they laid bed sheets over the water.I was told by the staff that the room would be comped for the night due to the inconvenience. However, to date, I have not received any refund or credit. I left multiple messages and received no return calls. Eventually, when I managed to speak directly with someone, I was surprised to learn that the person who had been taking my messages was the hotel manager all along. He informed me that an email had been sent to Booking.com, but that he had yet to receive a response.I find this entire situation unacceptable
