Liked: The location was stunning, good choice for breakfast which was very good. Fiona always left gorgeous cookies in the room every day.
Disliked: Paint was peeling on the dressing room/bathroom ceiling which fell onto the bath towels.Would have been nice to have some music whilst eating breakfast.

A lovely little break

Liked: A warm welcome from Fiona and Rob. Great location overlooking Dawlish. Comfortable, well decorated room with a beautiful view. Comfy bed and spacious bathroom with extra toiletries. Free parking was a bonus. Great breakfast, especially the Lammas special!
Disliked: For people with mobility issues, the stairs at Lammas Park could be a problem.

Liked: Hosts were very nice and accommodating. Breakfasts were lovely, wide range and cooked perfectly. Room had a good facilities. Good location for us.
Disliked: Shower was a tad small for us but great water pressure and temp.

A lovely two night stay,...

Liked: The owners were very friendly. We had a hiccup with the signal on the television, but this was swiftly looked at. The location is very good, being a couple of minutes from Dawlish. The room was lovely and spacious and we had a sea view. A lot of attention to detail has been given to ensure a comfortable stay. It was appreciated that there was fresh milk to hand for tea in the room and also homemade biscuits each day. The breakfast choice was very good and the food was nicely cooked.
Disliked: Nothing to complain about, can fully recommend.

Liked: Lovely location looking over Dawlish, the house is a beautiful Victorian style, the hosts are very friendly. You have free parking at the front of the house.
Disliked: Having to good home we was having such a good time!
