Liked: Good size bedroom with nice decor and seaview. Fiona and Rob were excellent friendly hosts with lovely small touches like daily homemade cookies and nothing was too much trouble.Outstanding breakfast with plenty of choices.
Disliked: Didn't dislike anything, but a few more coat hangers in the wardrobe would have been nice.The shower cubicle was a little small.

A fabulous all round experience.

Liked: This accommodation is ideally located just off Dawlish town centre. The (four) different breakfasts were all absolutely delicious and the room was excellent providing beautiful sea views. Fiona and Rob are excellent and friendly hosts regularly providing valuable advice on excursions etc.Can thoroughly recommend the Lammas Park and would definitely return.Thanks again Fiona and Rob!!!!

Liked: Friendly hosts, amazing rooms, perfect location and plenty of choice for breakfast.

Wonderful

Liked: The rooms were so clean , comfortable and had everything we needed tea tray was perfect so was the view .Fiona and Rob were so friendly nothing was too much trouble and the breakfasts were first class . It's in a lovely locations close to everything even Black Swans nesting on the river in the town . We are already planning to go back :)
