Liked: Everything. The owners were lovely and accommodating. The place was spotless. I've stayed in 5 star that wasn't as good. The location is perfect for getting on a bus to Exeter or other places, and the train is on the doorstep. There are beautiful walks to be had, and sit and watch the wildlife.. Home of the black swan.Breakfast amazing choice Shops to suit every taste. Places to eat and great gish and chips. Little cafes everywhere. And a great safe place to get in the sea.I couldn't fault it
Disliked: I liked it all

Lovely stay at Lammas Park...

Liked: We had the top floor. 2 bedrooms with small sitting room. Comfortable beds. Spotlessly clean throughout, lovely towels, great shower and an exceptional breakfast. Fiona and Rob were very welcoming and helpful.
Disliked: Last set of stairs are tight. Fine for us but not for those with mobility challenges

Wonderful atmosphere. Very calming and...

Liked: Lovely room. Excellent touches by Fiona especially the homemade biscuits. Wonderful view of Dawlish and the sea. Only a short walk to the centre or train station. There was a good choice for breakfast. Home cooked, cereals and fresh fruit. Very good private car parking close by.
Disliked: Couldn’t fault it. No complaints. Will return to stay.

Our stay in Dawlish

Liked: The homemade cookies were a good touch. Liked the fact we have toiletries and hairdryer supplied. Free Car parking on site. Lots of space in the rooms. Really nice breakfast, hot food cooked to order. Good selection of breakfast. Fiona was very helpful and gave some ideas of what's around.
Disliked: Blind in the double room could have been a black out curtain as was very light in the morning. The scrambled egg was a little too soft my our preference. Could have done with a brighter light in the lounge by the bay window
