Over all the stay was...

Liked: we where upgraded to a condo for the stay, due to remodeling. The play room with the pool tables and air hockey. my kids had a blast.
Disliked: We didn't get breakfast. One half of the hotel was out due to upgrades, so the pool wasn't open.

Needs to be known that...

Liked: The location to our venue was great!
Disliked: Our first condo had no heat. Second condo jetted tub didn’t work.Shower water changed back and forth between extra hot and freezing cold. POOL IS CLOSED!Lots of games in the game room didn’t work or stole our money. Jukebox volume was super low.

Liked: The bed was nice and we were upgraded to the condo's at no extra charge. The condo's are older and the floors creaked. But it was very clean and the beds were very comfortable.

Liked: The amount of square footage. Very comfortable bed. Nice kitchen and tvs.
Disliked: Its kinda far outside Morgantown.

Liked: large facility for the price. nice location
Disliked: we found dead bugs in one of the upstairs beds when we arrived. the hours we were told that the fitness center was open was not correct.

Cancelled due to room switch...

Liked: Nothing
Disliked: I booked a two bedroom & living room suite in August. When I showed up on Jan 13th, I was told that I had been “upgraded” to a condo. I do not consider a condo to be an upgrade from this suite. I was also informed that I would not have access to a pool or hot tub like advertised. I cancelled and am still waiting on my refund over a week later. This is the SECOND time I have booked a suite and been given a condo instead. The first time was for my wedding and it was very disappointing!
