Disliked: The walk to and from the room on the outside of the building! To high up for that it was scary I’m sure glad we did not have small children

Great resort, poor customer service

Liked: Beautiful resort, beautiful room
Disliked: Check in was not pleasant, check in staff was not friendly or helpful. Was emailed pin that didn’t work on door, staff never explained how to get to our room where elevator was or any other info on the resort. Seems to be more security staff than customer service staff. Bracelet was not good, had to wear it to a formal wedding because no way to get it off once on

Liked: Location was fine, there wasn't any breakfast
Disliked: Room wasn't cleaned at all. We found other guests belongings. Floor was sandy, futon was sandy, shower floor was still dirty. Dishwasher/pull out sofa was broken. Food particles were found inside the refrigerator. Bottom cabinet door next to the dishwasher was nearly off of one hinge. Left drawer on the the island wasn't completely put together. Express the concerns to the attendant on 18 August 2023, basically was brushed off and told maintenance/housekeeping would come to the condo on Saturday. Needlessly to say, no one from facilities arrived.

Disliked: I didn't like the floor I asked for floor between 1st and 4th due to having elders disable I put in when I booked the reservation but they put me on floor 15

Disliked: Broken elevators rooms not really clean let out couch sheets was tore when we let them out also at night roaches was crawling in the kitchen on counter and drawers the bed covers had brown spots on them one of the shower head came off while showering I just wasn’t pleased with the amount of money I spent
