Bad

Liked: Not as advertised very run down and shabby for the price they are charging a 2 star at a push disappointing walked in and straight out didn't even unpack unexceptable
Disliked: Very unkempt

Good

Liked: Decent size clean rooms with good bathrooms. Great views and garden.Good swim n spa facilities.Drinks and dinner were great!! We booked 3 rooms... all 3 at strangely different prices. One room did not have the air-con working, so we got a room upgrade from 2nd day due to availability issues.
Disliked: Breakfast options were very very limited, which was a shame at the price point.Swimming pool had restricted and very odd hours for children, so cudnt utilise the facilities properly.Staff needs to be slightly more courteous and friendly.

Superb

Welcoming staff, lovely spa, spacious...

Liked: I was cycling whilst staying there and staff offered secure storage overnight and were able to store my luggage during the day or arrival and departure which was really helpful. The spa is lovely, very clean and well appointed with nice facilities and a lovely relaxed atmosphere. Staff were all really friendly and helpful and able to offer local advice.

Liked: The location was ok if you have a car.
Disliked: The room is old and poorly clean, the “spa” is not a spa at all just a small pool, the staff is not very helpful.

Liked: Great location for my visit…lovely views from bedroom a,d brasserie
Disliked: No fridge in the room…my first impression when I saw all the weeds outside the property was not good..the block paving and all around was a mess….but the inside of the hotel was good..
