Disliked: I emailed them a couple of weeks before we got there asking for something and no one acknowledged my email. The location is very good ,rooms are big enough for two people but outdated. I personally think the breakfast was poor .Definitely not what you would expect from a 4☆ hotel

Liked: I loved everything. I'm hoping my daughter will agree to get married here. It's perfect. The swimming pool and spa were very clean and so relaxing. All the staff were helpful and friendly.

Liked: Excellent restaurant service and food quality. The waiting team were excellent, knowing when to step up, and when to lezve us be. Food was beautifully cooked, althouĝ it was quite a limited menu. Pool and spa facilities were good.
Disliked: Receptionist on arrival made us feel like we were disturbing her. The room cleanliness and upkeep; surfaces needed a good clean, furniture needed a polish, mould on the tile grout in the bathroom in several places, frayed carpets, sticky door handles and door plates, light in bathroom flickering and not sorted when reported. Staff did not wear badges so we had to ask their names. Some of the spa facilities didn't work and public showers also had mould on thevtile grout. This stay was quite expensive and standards were lower than we expected for the price.
