Liked: property was incredibly welcoming and cosy with lots of room. the staff were all super friendly with lots of special touches for our children - scavenger hunt & smores were fab!

Liked: The restaurant staff was very courteous and accommodating. The Spa staff was also very pleasant to deal with.
Disliked: The common area i.e reception and seating of guests was not well cleaned. I personally did not see hotel cleaning staff cleaning the common area during our 2 night stay. There was trash and food mess left from the guest on the window still and on the carpet that was there for 2 days. The guest rooms needed much maintenance. The guest room curtains were dirty and unraveled at the hems. The mattress was worn and uncomfortable. It's a pet friendly hotel l, therefore feel they should have cleaned especially the common area a simple vacuum would have been nice.During our stay there was a group of approximately 8 young boys running through the lobby with a fart machines disturbing other guest. Later in that same evening at 10:30 pm this same group of boys pulled the fire alarm arousing us from our sleep. No staff informed us of what was happening. My husband stepped out of the room to find out what was going on. Security was standing outside of the room next to us which this same group of boys happened to be in,and told my husband that they pulled the alarm by accident. Mind you these boys were approximately 13 to 16 years old and knew exactly what they were doing! In all we were disappointed with the whole experience!
